Experience started out great and ended horribly.
They took advantage of the fact that I was an uninformed buyer. I put down $3500 and still ended up paying more for the car than it was worth. Especially after the bank they used to finance my car hit me with a 23% interest rate that was not disclosed to me ever in the process. It took over four months for them to get the title to my car, so I could get my permanent tags, and a lot of other unnecessary stress. My advice to anyone shopping with this, or any dealer for that matter, do your research!
Everyone was very helpful and I left with a great truck couldn't have asked for a better experience. Couldn't have asked for a better salesman Andre was great. They worked with me and I got a great deal
I bought a car from here almost a year ago and I have had nothing but problems with it ever since. My alternator went out because the valve cover gasket is leaking oil on it and the car put me down when I went out of town so I had to have the car towed to a shop.When I start it up it is making a terrible noise, the heating and air stopped working so I called to get an appt to get it fixed and haven't heard from them yet.
