Brandon and Jacob did an amazing job on an 8 year old car that had never been fully detailed before. I really appreciate their hard work and thoroughness. I was referred to them by my service writer who already knew that Firehouse would do the job right ( it needed very thorough cleaning due to the sunroof had been leaking into the cabin ). They got stains out of the seats that I thought were permanent stains. Nooks and crannies are all clear now and so much more... my car looks and feels new again :)
I have used the services at the St. John’s Bluff location for a few of my cars over the past 5 years. Always excellent service whether it’s tint, oof, ceramic coating, or a perfect hand wash. Absolutely amazing quality every time. A great team I will always trust with my vehicles.
Been a customer of firehouse for years for ceramic coatings, tinting, detailing. FH confirmed 9am to detail 2 cars days ago and doesn't show up. Nothing but voicemail from their shops. Finally get a call from the late detailer an hour later sharing his lateness. Asked why he didn't tell us he would be late. No reply just telling us he was busy otherwise. Same bs from the owner who took zero responsibility. No apologies whatsoever. There are other detailers more motivated to earn and keep our business.
Was very pleased with the services provided by Firehouse Spa on my ‘65 Impala. Quoted price was very reasonable and the detailing service was excellent as my Impala has never looked better. Would highly recommend Firehouse Spa!
