I would definitely recommend this place
I found Firehouse Westlake when I was looking for a very specialized service for my dog. They were the only ones in town that could do the particular test my pup needed. And after that, we just stayed! Firehouse Westlake is on the complete opposite side of town, but I keep coming back because I love the service. The staff are friendly, professional, knowledgeable and, most important of all, you feel that they really care for your pet. Shout out to Dr. Rivas!
Went to the Westlake location. Quick service and great with my injured pup. Made appt to see Dr. Bonnet, but saw Dr. Chelsea instead. She was great, as was our sweet tech. Good place:)
Luna tried to say hi to a dog that did not want to be nice and bit her nose. It was 11:45 AM on a Saturday (they close at 12 sat) when I called and they had me come right in to check her out. The staff is very friendly and kind. Thank you for staying late and doing such a great job taking care of our dogs!
Wow, what a vet! This practice is outstanding! I came for the first time and Dr Chelsea is now the only vet I want to care for my fur baby. She was extremely thorough, gentle, and helpful. My dog is 13 yr old and was put at ease during her visit. Upon leaving they gift you with a free first session, a dog tag with my pet's name and my phone, and a bottle of wine!
