If you’re new to Austin, like me, This Vet is all about care & affordability 10/10!! My cat had a lip issue, she told me every aspect it could be, without jumping to the worst conclusions! Actually have empathy. They are so reasonable priced & great at communicating everything going on during the appointment! I will forever go to this vet. Left me speechless in the best way
Dr Henry and the rest of the staff at Firehouse 183 are always so kind to us and to Scooby, as well as accommodating his vet anxiety. Makes the entire experience less stressful knowing everyone knows how to treat him and want what is best for him to feel comfortable! I recommend them to all my friends and family who have pets they love and need an amazing vet :)
I can’t say enough good things about the team here! They’re attentive, kind, patient and present you with every possible option to get your baby back to feeling better! My girl is reactive to new people and they were so great with her! I recommend them to literally everyone I know!
Staff is loving and takes great care of my pets! I am thankful to have them for annual appointments and any worries I may have for my pets. They work very hard to ensure I feel well-informed as a pet parent and their communication is top notch! They are easy to reach by phone and text!
To say I’m grateful to have found this place is an understatement. After receiving a bad diagnosis on a growth in my dog’s mouth I knew I needed to find a place that could help me walk through the details and treatment plan I would choose. This team incredible. They carry a level of compassion that helps me carry through my days. Thank you to the entire FH183 team. I highly recommend to everyone.
