RecommendedI've never had a pet that actually enjoyed going to the vet, until we joined the Firehouse family 3.5 years ago. The attention to detail within the facility itself provides pets comfort and transparency. The staff is fabulous. I also appreciate their support of local businesses and rescue organizations. My dogs love them and so do I.
Evidently being a Gold Status member (which requires tens of thousands of dollars to be spent) does not mean very much …at least in my family case. As a 3 year old customer with 2 3 year old dogs it saddens me to have to move on but I have reached a point with Firehouse where communication is absent and the standard of care for my dogs is not sufficient. Almost lost our kitty yesterday. She ate a toy, it got stuck, and bad happened. Emergency surgery was in order to save her life A tube broke mid-surgery and they had to perform an emergency tracheotomy. The amazing staff, Daniel, and Dr. Lawton reacted quickly to save her life. So grateful! I really know they cared so much about us. They really all went the extra mile!
Everyone at the clinic is very nice and helpful The clinic ambience was very welcoming and super clean. I would definately recommend Firehouse
We love Firehouse Animal Health Center in Belterra Village. They are so kind and offer the best care for our fur-babies. The veterinarian even let our son watch our dog get his shot (our son loves medical stuff). Then, he took our son around the back to see the clinic and talked to him about the equipment they use, the specimens in the jars to the medicines on the shelf. He loved every minute of it. Our dogs get so excited to go to Firehouse and get spoiled with treats.
Just called to ask pricing and process to have my puppy spade and the person answering the phone could not have been less helpful! Despite the great reviews, I don’t feel welcome there.
yes this place was amazing very kind staff and my puppy is happy as can be.
Diva had a subgingival cleaning with extractions. Although she would not take all her post-surgical antibiotics, she did not get an infection and is able to eat normally now. We feel fortunate to find a specialty dental procedure like this available 10 minutes from the house. Before, we were traveling 60 miles round trip and paying twice as much to get this done on our special needs senior spay.
