In 2018, Tim & Shannon Woodland had to have it not only as their home but as an event venue. It is perfect for any event because the industrial palette is waiting for you to add your touches & creativity. There's ample space to use different sized tables. We hosted my mom's 60th birthday party at the Firehouse 4 Venue, and it was absolutely perfect. The owner is timely, and quick to answer any important day-of questions, well in advance. He made sure we felt at home, with more than enough space for setting up food and other party related items. Seeing all of the history in an old fire station made the event even better! We highly recommend this venue and will be using them for future events!

We held our Christmas party at the Firehouse, and it was perfect. Tim is friendly and easy to work with. The space has SO much character (in a good way!) and a nice kitchen. Parking was ample and easy. It was already nicely decorated so we didn't have to do much to have a festive time.
We rented this space for a company event. Tim was so helpful and one of the kindest people I have met, you will be friends with him before you leave. The space is really unique and everyone loved it. Tim is super flexible with your needs and ready to help at a moment's notice. He even helped us set up for our event. I highly recommend this space!
