Staff is friendly, cleaning area. Fast and food was hot and delicious
Update ; Carmen the manager gave me a call back after I submitted and basically told me I was lying that I never informed staff and you can’t the see hair . She stated I can receive 50% off my next sandwich. I will never come back again If I can leave 0 stars I would ! I went to get a sandwiches yesterday mind you I love firehouse subs I always go but I go to the Katy Location on fry rd all the time never had an issues with them . Terrible service. I was the only customer in the restaurant, and stood at the counter for 10 minutes while staff avoided eye contact. Eventually I just left without anyone speaking to me. No hello, no "please give us a moment", nothing. If you're on a schedule and looking for a quick bite, this is NOT the place.
