We have been coming for 2 years. Never had a problem until now. Physicians are great however my 2nd born hasn’t had her shots since we’ve left the nicu in the beginning of October as a newborn. They keep saying they’re on order but I have yet to get called that they’re in. Michael the owner did not call me like he said he was going to. Apparently they order them as the children come in so i was told, so that vaccines don’t expire. This is ridiculous !! But yet others are getting their shots the same day.
