Absolutely the worst practice I have ever been to. They simply do not care about patients. Constantly forgetting to send in prescriptions and when you call to get answers, the fault is pushed on the parent. They’re playing games with my kids welfare and want to take business issues personal. The staff is rude and very impatient which seems to come from them being understaffed.
Dr. Bowers and her team are the best! We chose Firefly when our first child was born based on a reccomendation and I am so glad we did. Dr. Bowers is the perfect mix of reassuring and cautious - just what any mom needs when dealing with kids health. I have always walked away from appointments feeling better because of either her thorough explanation and/or detailed plan of action. Best pediatrician ever- Dr. Bowers is a life saver and amazing supportive doctor to our two kids of varying ages. Our oldest was one of her first patients and we’ve never received anything except amazing service from her and the staff.
Wow...Extremely rude!!! I called to book an appointment this morning for my son as New patient and the person who answered the phone was very short tempered and wouldn't even give me a chance to ask a question and then hung up the phone on my face....I can only imagine what an actual visit would feel like!!! Maybe the Dr's are great based on the reviews but the front desk ABSOLUTELY horrible...I never leave reviews but with my son not feeling and moving into a new area I looked you guys up on Google and just sad by the exper... read more
