Somehow our Firefly logic got scrambled and pretty much shut down our motor home. We worked with Jesse Sidwell at Firefly who diagnosed the problem and sent us a tool to re-establish the programming. It is so refreshing these days to be able to get to competent tech support every time you call and not have to wait on hold. We will give this feedback to the RV manufacturer and the RV owners group. Great job!

Love the control I have on my 2018 Thor Challenger. Researching how I can get another hand held controller so can put the slides out and awning from outside the rig. Having the ability to put the slides and awning out without having to look out a window is very convenient and am hoping its possible.
This company is awesome. They have been extremely helpful in solving my challenge and have gone above and beyond to take care of me. They are a 100% customer focused company and recognize the importance of the end buyer. Love the technology.. keep it up!
The jury is still out for my 2017 Thor Class A, I like the idea but the devil is always in the details. The complexities and lack of consumer resources are stifling for the guy that's prefers to fix issues. Instead we have to take the RV to the dealer and wait weeks/months to get them to fix it (I waited 6 weeks the first time). I'm having issues with a HVAC sensor (Temp sensor error) this makes the A/C completely useless, 2nd time since Jan 2017.
