I’ve been with Firefly for a couple of months now and I can honestly say that management and the ladies from HR are very friendly and always communicate very well to me. If I’ve ever had a problem, they’re always quick to explain/fix the situation. Only thing I will say is that it’s very hard for them to get me at my 40 hours and that they don’t offer benefits other than that everything else is great with this company.
Worst homecare company ever! Management has no idea what they are doing nor do they care about employees. There is severe discrimination and definitely favorites being played. If you know a manager, you may get promoted. If not, well too bad for you. They are so unprofessional and I would never recommend to anyone. The owners are never involved with employees.. unless you are a favorite. But if you have a complaint about Management, you have to report it to the owners?? Weird. Yet, they never do anything.
