Worst homecare company ever! Management has no idea what they are doing nor do they care about employees. There is severe discrimination and definitely favorites being played. If you know a manager, you may get promoted. If not, well too bad for you. They are so unprofessional and I would never recommend to anyone. My experience with Firefly has been an excience one. The stall are ANGELS GOD SENT. The company is GOD SENT ALSO.
The staff and caregivers have been wonderful for my grandparents and my parents. I would highly recommend them!!!!
