I just finished my second treatment session with Dr. Stef at Firefly Chiropractic and I couldn't be more pleased with her. During the first appointment, she did a thorough and comprehensive assessment and then proceeded to treat me with a variety of different modalities. Today I arrived with pain on the left side of my neck. After the session with Dr. Cruz, my pain completely disappeared, and with the adjustment, my muscles feel very relaxed. 100% recommended.

I’ve been able to run pain-free, which was a huge goal of mine. I love being able to get soft tissue work and chiropractic adjustments at the same visit.
