Today I arrived with pain on the left side of my neck. After the session with Dr. Cruz, my pain completely disappeared, and with the adjustment, my muscles feel very relaxed. 100% recommended.

I recently started using Firefly Chiropractic and have been so happy already! One of the reasons I went to Firefly is because Dr Stef uses methods on me that aren’t commonly used by chiropractors in my area- dry needling and cupping. I’ve been working with chiropractors for 20+ years and adding those services to my regular adjustments has really made a difference ! So much that I’ll continue to commute to her as long as it helps my lower back issues!
