I rate my experience with five stars because when I arrived, I was tight and hurting, when I left, I felt as if I was floating in a warm water pool. The other reason I rated my experience with five stars was because Dr. Stef took the time to talk, listen, and hear me prior to my treatment.
Dr Stef was very thorough and personable in my appointment. She made sure all my concerns were addressed and that I understood what she can do to help me find relief.
I just finished my second treatment session with Dr. Stef at Firefly Chiropractic and I couldn't be more pleased with her. During the first appointment, she did a thorough and comprehensive assessment and then proceeded to treat me with a variety of different modalities. Prior to that first appointment, I had been incapacitated with low back pain for 5 months. I walked out of that session with amazing relief. Dr. Cruz is very knowledgeable and professional. She's simply remarkable
Today I arrived with pain on the left side of my neck. After the session with Dr. Cruz, my pain completely disappeared, and with the adjustment, my muscles feel very relaxed. 100% recommended.
