My experience with Dr Stef has been really great. I first crossed paths at The Joint where she did an awesome job at chiropractic work, my body responds well with her techniques. When I found out she was starting her own practice I noticed she offered things like chiropractic, cupping, dry needling, muscle scraping and other modalities. I initially came in with shoulder and upper back pain. I’ve gone to chiropractors in the past and had mixed results. I reached out to Dr. Stef and my back pain and tightness has been super manageable to none existent. She’s very thorough and set a game plan for your visits. From muscle scraping, cupping, dry needling and adjustments I feel great! Would highly recommend Dr. Stef. Making appointments and communication is also awesome! Make you’re first appointment you won’t regret it!
This was my first appointment with Dr Stef and I was very impressed and well taken care of! Having been to many chiropractors in my life, I was very comfortable with Dr Stef. She was incredibly thorough in her explanations of treatments and the body mechanics behind what I was feeling and what she was doing. I appreciate the combination of treatments and left feeling better already. I am excited to continue treatment with her!
Dr. Stef is amazing. She is so knowledgeable, she has worked on me like no other chiropractor has. I highly recommend her and can't wait for my next appointment.
