This place is so unprofessional. My son had a therapy session scheduled for a monday in January of 2026 the week of the snowstorm so I received a text from the counselor stating that his appointment had been canceled due to the weather which I understood. So the following Monday rolls around and I got a call stating that he missed his scheduled appointment as it had been rescheduled which was never communicated to me.
