I booked a special table 2 months ahead. I confirmed the exact table again, a week ahead. Then half an hour before the reservation time I called to let them know that I could be early if they'd like me to, again telling them the exact table I'd reserved. They said, no, come at your reserved time. We showed 15 minutes early anyway and we found out after waiting an hour that they'd given our table to someone else, just before we'd arrived.
