I called to place a reservation and was put on hold for about 15 minutes. Upon arrival, they told us that they didn’t have a reservation for us and said they would see what they could do. After about 25 minutes of standing there while 5 employees all stared at the computer like it was their first time using one, they sat us near the bar which was so loud that we couldn’t hear each other talk. We had an excellent meal with wonderful service. Our waitress was very helpful with suggestions and very attentive. We really enjoyed our meal and will be back.

Blood orange martinis are GREAT as well as calamari
One of the best places in Manchester! The location is right downtown so it’s easy to get to. The service was top notch, our waiter was joking around with us but was also very professional & knowledgeable, he made us feel like we were the most special patrons there. And the food was absolutely fantastic! No complaints whatsoever about this place, if you check it out you won’t be disappointed! Thank you for a great experience!
The Firefly was very accomodating when we needed to change our reservation time. We were a party of 8 with many questions and requests; our server was fantastic, nothing fazed her. We needed to send back one dish to due to it being overly salty and even with that the manager and server did not blink an eye. All of our dishes, from appetizers to desserts were wonderfully prepared.
