Fireflour's pizza is incredibly delicious. I think I could probably eat 3-4 of these pizzas. As for coffee, they easily have the nicest gear in all of Bismarck/Mandan. They can pull some really, really nice shots. However, I'm not a fan of how light the espresso roast is. I understand not wanting to over-roast since everyone in town tends to do that. My fiancé and I went on a date here last week and in the four years we've been together, it's been our favorite date-spot yet. The pizza was phenomenal. Their bottomless wine glass deal was awesome. We felt like we were back in Italy, that's how authentic the food was! Love this place
Truly an artisan experience! Nothing like it in Bismarck. Both the coffee side and the pizza side. Who else makes their own cheese? I mean seriously! Who else in town makes frothy art beauty on their mochas? And the salted caramel gelato—there are no words. Eat here! It's incredible.
Pizza was awesome, even for a picky guy like me. The fennel sausage is a must have.
Great pizza. Great environment.
