First time taking my daughter. Loved the kid friendly environment, staff not so much. The front desk lady was the friendliest. The stylist that did the service barely said anything, not too kid friendly based on being a kid friendly place.
My daughter is 4 years old & on the spectrum, i called ahead & let them know to see if we could make my child more comfortable & they reassured me they had a separate room they use for parties she would be able to get her hair cut in that was a little more relaxing. It was her first haircut & i think it went so well! The stylist was very patient & so sweet to my baby ( i wish i remembered her name but she was great!) We had the most stress free spa birthday party here for my daughter and it was great! She and her friends all had a great time and all we had to do was show up! They provided cupcakes, goody bags, mani/pedis, facials, and of course robes. Highly recommend for a no fuss birthday party!
