Elena is great and professional at cutting kids’ hair. She is so sweet, outgoing, and a genuinely kind person. My child feels confident getting haircuts here, and the whole place is awesome and friendly. I highly recommend this salon because it’s hard to find a place that is patient and welcoming with children, and this is definitely the place to take kids for haircuts. Thank you for keeping this business open. I truly hope it continues to thrive for decades to come, especially as we see so many small businesses disappear.
This is my 4th time taking my son to fireflies. I have never had an issue with the haircut, but I’m writing this review to share that the last 2 visits people with no appointments have been seated before us who did have an appointment. So if you make an appointment make sure you are paying attention to the interaction at the front desk. Both times I have called them out on it and they apologized and then quickly sat us. Elena has been cutting our first born hair since age 3, our son is now 10yrs old. She's absolutely the best. Now our second born son who is 4 yrs old, autistic, who usually meltsdown during haircuts at home, now goes to Elena and he doesn't cry!!! Timid at first but no meltdowns! Elena is wonderful and she knows what she's doing. She's quick and consistent and that's why we go to her and no where else. We love you Elena!!! 😊👍❤️
