We used the Spring team back in September and I’m surprised by all the positive reviews. Unfortunately this was the worst move we have ever experienced. These kids joked around a lot and we’re not in a hurry to move our possessions. Upon arrival to the new destination, they required constant direction (place rug down before moving couch in kind of thing). Victim of Harvey, victim of FFMS. In my experience with FFMS, they were dishonest, unprofessional and overpriced. I have the highest respect for firefighters but none of the crew we had was firefighters. It’s a shame this crew was representing firefighters. My 3000+ sq ft one story home flooded with Harvey. We hired FFMS to pack and move to storage the few salvageable items which easily fit into a 10’x15’ storage unit. FFMS was to pack the first day and the second day move everything to a storage unit we had rented ... read more

Moved bedroom set and a few bulky items. Movers did great protection on peices. Even covered entrance door. Crew was on the clock and worked straight thru lunch. Yes, would use them again.

Super nice guys....but We spent over $15,000 on a move from Houston to San Antonio. The packers very friendly but one took zero care in packing, stuffing clay art in a box with antiques. I repacked it and several other boxes that night after paying them to pack us. All but a handful of boxes they packed were not labeled, which made unpacking even less pleasant. One of the packers opened our bottle of Crown Royal as he packed while describing to me and my spouse how good it smelled...what!!!!???? We paid for climate controll... read more
