Excellent staff excellent service
I've done banking with FF1st for almost 10 years and recently, they have really moved away from giving back to their members, specifically when it comes to Auto and RV loans. They offer promos occasionally, but they don't let internal loan holders refinance for the lower promo rates, which is extremely frustrating and shows they clearly don't care about their "existing" members and only care about drumming up business and profit.
