Nick provided a very thorough report for our new home. He gave us photos for each item, which will be helpful as we fix things in the 28 year old house. He pointed out small things of concern so they do not become big problems.
Nick did a great job inspecting our soon-to-be home! He is on top and detailed with everything and he makes reports really quick too. 10/10 would recommend!

Nick was the most gracious, knowledgable, thorough, nicest guy. He knows his stuff!! He is meticulous, careful and answered every question we had. He took his time and looked at every inch of our new home. He was patient to explain things we didn't understand and gave us a full report afterwards ~ on the same day.
