These guys are the best! We were able to design the most beautiful kitchen backsplash with them. Highly recommend!
Out of all the custom specialty high-end tile stores, Fireclay is the best to work with. Their customer service is great; they actually help you when you have a problem. You can talk to a real person, and that person will help you. You definitely can’t do that with any of their competitors. Even if you’ve created the problem—like I have—they still do whatever they can to help. Everyone there is great, but Ceceily really stands out with her speed and overall good attitude in an emergency tile situation.
Fire Clay tiles are horrible due to their lack of quality control. We are on our 4th shipment trying to get enough good tile to set. The glazing is super inconsistent. We are buying white tiles and the red clay shows through on at least 30% of the tiles. Customer service has been good, and there's been no cost except express shipping for all the batches of replacement tiles. Fireclay is single handedly responsible for setting back our completion date by a month.
Fireclay Tile has a 4.3 star rating with 65 reviews.
Fireclay Tile is closed now. It will open tomorrow at 10:00 a.m.
