I've visited twice, and while the food was decent, it didn't really stand out to me. The prices are on the higher side for what you get, and overall, the experience felt pretty average. It wasn't bad by any means, but it wasn't memorable enough for me to consider it a standout dining option. Especially in Pinecrest
I love the atmosphere, the service was ok, nothing spectacular. The food was ok. I had the cheeseburger. It was ok, nothing to write home about. It was kinda dry, and I asked for ketchup, and of course the burger came without it, and there is non on the table. The last time I was here I had the dinner menu, the dinner menu is much better. If you go ask for the dinner menu, the lunch menu sucks. I didnt know i could do that until after the meal. Smh
I’m in Cleveland traveling for work. I love firebird back hole so I decided to go there. I sat at the bar. Of course my first input was ordering the pineapple drink! So delicious, sweet and smooth. The bartender pour my drink then asked for my ID which was no problem I always have it legally attached to my Apple wallet! She then told me it has to be in physical form. I'm a day late and a dollar short! But Jaliyah did a wonderful job serving me and my wife on Father's Day! She was kind and attentive while making us laugh. I ordered the hot honey chicken sandwich and my wife ordered the firebirds chicken pasta. Please keep her in your best wishes. Good luck at law school Jaliyah!
