Nov 12th Evening – Firebirds Grill Absolutely terrible service. We waited 15 minutes with no attention, while servers stood next to our table talking. When we politely asked for water, the manager confronted us with “What is your problem?” instead of handling the situation professionally. Even my brother, who manages another restaurant, agreed that a better approach would have been “What seems to be the problem here?”. We left because of the horrible service.
