Ate at Firebirds on December 28th for dinner. Best part: service was friendly and our waitress especially was very nice did a good job Worst part: Salmon was completely raw and cold, not only in the middle but the entire filet was ice cold. I don't like using the word hate.. but I really hate Firebirds at Northlake.. Really, Really crappy service.. For 12 minutes we waited and no one even came to our table.... The past few times we have been there they have cooked our steaks wrong. Sometimes they even did them wrong the second time.. How do you cook them wrong twice? Not much flavor either... Firebirds grill is great and a much needed addition to the area. I love their salads. This is a great place to meet for a business lunch.
Went twice by the hotel this weekend. The first night was fine. However, the second night was horrible....slow service and little to no alcohol in our mixed drinks. Very poor.
It depends on who is working and the kind of day it is I guess..... sometimes I have a good experience there and sometimes its a bad experience .... when it gets close to haapy hour to end some of the waitresses tend to slow down before we can order anything half off
Their spinach salad is the best one I have ever had. I get it with the wonderful crab cakes on the top. Love it all.

So after seeing your review on Yep. My honey baby and I went there on a Friday night. Not crowded at all. My babes said I was lucky. Ya lucky to have her not eaten at Firebirds. The waiter came to the table without the drink menu. He tried to describe the drinks for a few. Waste of time, I ask him to get menu. My jack with a splash was the opposite. I sent it back and had water. The ribeye was flat small and over seasoned and over priced. She had a salid. Total cost $67.00 Inexperienced waiter Bad drinks Enjoy
This has been one of my favorite places to go since it opened. Food is consistently good and service is great. There is usually a wait since it is so good but it's well worth. I've never had anything there that wasn't wonderful and I highly recommend the pineapple martini.
