The food wasn't very good and our server was overwhelmed and not very attentive.

First time here, the front door was loose and separated from the door frame which we had to alert staff members of this as it was ready to fall on customer. The windows at our booth was old and frosted as the rest of the windows were clear. Larry was our server and he was amazing. He was very polite,entertaining,enthusiastic and was just fun to talk to. Our soup came out cold but the rest of the food was good. For 2 people it cost about $100.00 with appetizer. I highly suggest the lobster queso.

I sat at the bar for about 15 minutes while waitresses behind the bar just walk right by me. I didn't get any attention until I said to one waitress I would like to order

Trying firebirds for the first time for lunch. Our server halldor was fast and friendly. We ordered the 3 course meal, the steakhouse wedge salad was ok, the sirloin was dry, and salty so was the mashed potatoes, as for the broccoli, they were overcooked and watery. The brownies were good. The grilled chicken plate was ok but again the lost some of the flavor because of the spices and salt added to the creamy sauce. The best thing about our visit was halldor our waiter, he also assisted us for taking the desserts to go.
