Good quality food.
We visited on Christmas Eve and it was very busy but that did not stop the Firebirds staff from impressing. We had a reservation, but were seated maybe 4 minutes after our reservation time. The whole time, the hostess kept us updated with a cheerful smile and apologized when she seated us - for only 4 minutes! Our waitress was cheery and prompt, despite what was a very full house. And the food came out in good time and was absolutely delicious.
Great place for a date night.
