We tried a mix of dishes and everything really impressed us. The chicken penne pasta was great, the barbecue burger was flavorful, and I had the salmon topped with lobster bisque which was rich and really unique. The side of ancient grains was a nice touch too. Everything tasted super fresh and different in a good way. Portions were generous and definitely filling. Overall, it was a really satisfying meal with a lot of variety and we left very happy.
The waiters are extremely nice, helping, and polite!

This was mine and my sisters first time here. Once I walked through the doors the hostess was rude and so was the worker holding the door open. Then I got seated and no different from our waitress. We had to ask for her because she was no where to be found. Then she would ask me or my sister if we need anything and the first who answered she would just leave without waiting for the other person to speak. Gross Father’s Day. I have been to Firebirds many times in the past. My family and I have always enjoyed ourselves. We went for Father’s Day this year and found that a few items on the menu changed. I ordered the meatloaf. Different from my usual caprese chicken pasta which is no longer available, but I love meatloaf all the same. It was thin, not airy, very little flavor other than it drowning in gravy. It was closer to a bad Salisbury steak from a tv dinner. So disappointed.
