I really wanted to love Firebirds Wood Fired Grill, especially since we were invited by close friends for a night out. There were six of us, and the evening started off on a high note—our appetizers arrived quickly, and both the onion rings and Philly egg rolls were excellent. Unfortunately, things slowed down quite a bit after that. When it came time for our entrées, the kitchen seemed to fall behind. The service at this place is very good considering what they go through there. Every single time I’ve gone to this location specifically there is always some large 10+ person party being loud and inconsiderate of the other guests around. I also overheard a waiter talking about how they got stiffed from one of their big parties and that made me shocked.
