I've contacted them several times through different venues about a home that has been listed for over a month and available to move in for over a week and no response. Don't expect to ever get a response from these people. How are they still in business? Who lets them manage their property???
I was interested in renting a home through firebird housing went and viewed 2 homes and had to wait over 30 mins for Nelle to arrive, when it came down to application time I turned in everything that was needed and never heard a response I was patiently waiting for about a week then tried to reach out and get an update myself and still no response. From my experience I wouldn’t recommend this place! I am not the type to leave reviews unless needed and this is one.
I had some issues with this company previously, and they seem to be resolving them and providing better service to the renters. Hopefully they continue to meet expectations in keeping up repairs.
By far the best property management company I have leased from! I leased from them for 2 years and have zero complaints. Recently it seems like they are under new management and the team over there has been fantastic to work with. Move out process was easy simple and they will be missed.
