Worst customer service ever wouldn’t recommend them at all. They said they could come out to look at my unit and never showed up

My wife and I moved into a new house with an ancient AC unit. Eventually it came time to replace the system and we knew we wanted to go with Firebird. I've known Mark for a while and really appreciate his work and his honesty. I'm so glad we went with Firebird for the purchase of the new units. Mark came over and did an estimate for a unit that would work great for our house. The units we got work great for our house and we weren't upsold on needless things. By far the best AC experience I've had in the valley. I set up my appointment via text messages, they showed up 5 minutes early and knocked on the door on the minute. They fixed everything I asked for at slightly less than the estimated price and they didn't try to upsell me, even though my equipment is ancient. They bring a whole team and, what would have normally been a half a day investment with the usual 1-2 workers, was 45 minutes total. Couldn't recommend more.
