I called Bill in a panic over my computer being hacked. My amazon account was being hit with fraudulent charges and my email inbox was being flooded with emails. He was able to work on it over the weekend and have it back to me by Monday. He didn't have to wipe my system which I greatly appreciate. The invoice correctly states the virus/malware exorcism has been successfully performed. I think my custom 2007 gamer computer that has been Frankenstein-ed with new parts over the years will live to see at least a few more.

I work from home and when my laptop crashed, I was dead in the water. Contacted Bill and I was able to take it to him right away. He worked quickly and I was back up and running in two hours or so! I was so relieved and appreciative! I will continue to use him for my computer repair and upgrade needs. Reasonably priced as well.

I have worked with computes since 1963. I don't want to have to keep up with the latest stuff. this is where I go for advice and service. They know what they are doing.
