The team at fire and water restoration were quick, friendly and professional. My wife and I were really impressed at how much the team communicated with us throughout the process. The entire experience starting with Luke, who first came to evaluate the job, to Mike, who came to write up the estimate, to Brandon and the 4 young ladies that came to do the clean up and to Ryan and his partner who came to remove the source of the fire, great job everyone! Highly recommend for your water restoration needs. Brian, Ryan, and Collin were absolutely amazing. They were very kind and worked really hard to discover what was causing the water issue while making sure they kept my out of pocket cost min. 10/10 customer service rating and they will always be my first call for any future needs. I have had a wonderful experience with Fire & Water Restoration. They did an excellent job after a sewer explosion in our home, not an easy job. The team, led by Mark and including Kyle and Brandon, were there in a heartbeat when we needed them. We had excellent communication from Mark, who kept us informed every step of the way, and was available by cell 24/7. We are very impressed with this company.
