My house recently flooded and my basement was destroyed including my mother’s clothing. I called a few companies, but Chris, the owner was there within an hour of calling and fans. He came with dehumidifiers and fans. He took some one my mothers clothing and my sons bedding and took it to be dry cleaned and had it back within a week. Just before Christmas we were faced with an impossible task of having to restore a home disaster in Johnson City, NY while remotely living in Charleston, South Carolina. Without a doubt my worst experience! Spent 9 months in a hotel and went home to an absolute MESS! Unfinished work, shoddy work, no clean up, Poor communication, never show up, sends labor ready people to do the work unsupervised. Just awful! No way I can recover. Go elsewhere! Absolutely the worst contractor ever!! Chris D***** and his “team” left me a mess with estimates of over $12,000.00 to repair what they did! I have already had to call a plumber 3 times to correct what they did and a 4th call is necessary as soon as I get some funds. Chris talks a good talk, but it’s all bull!! I had a faulty washing machine hose that was located in the upstairs closet of my loft. The machine leaked so much water it damaged the loft area, kitchen, two bathrooms and two rooms on the first floor. I called Water Fire Water Pros and they responded and started the clean up process within an hour. I was so impressed. Chris , the Owner kept me informed throughout the entire process and he was very professional. I definitely recommend this company hands down!!!
Fire water pros was timely, professional and helped us through a really stressful time. The owner and his crew showed up, boarded the house to secure in, which I hadn't even thought of. Then provided a clear, complete detail estimate, and they coordinated with my insurance company and took great care of us and our belongings. I hope none one else has to experience a fire loss but if you unfortunately do, call this company.
