Love the fun atmosphere, the intense workouts and the support of all the women. I like scheduling classes because it keeps me motivated and accountable. Every workout is different and challenging.
I love coming to my workouts. The equipment and routines are challenging and fun. The atmosphere and the great people at the gym are great help to keep it up. Sheri is amazing and she makes it fun
