Summit was so easy to deal with. Grateful they take the time to set up billing before we even scheduled a fire suppression test. Derrick was amazing, and so was his counterpart - I think his name was Jake? They were very helpful with my questions and really easy to have in the home.
Professional, and do a good job quickly.
Arrived two days prior to scheduled appointment which resulted in scheduling conflicts with multiple units that needed to be maintained. Performed maintenance on units that I specifically requested them not to. Very expensive.
I was scheduled to have them inspect fire extinguishers at two of our businesses, they are three doors away. Somehow they messed this up and looked for the other business several blocks away and said they could not gain access. Hmm. When I contacted them, Stephanie said I would be charged another truck charge to come back to the correct address. I think I will try to find someone else to do this!
