Had a 7:00 reservation and an hour later I am still setting here waiting...same thing happened last time. Guess what - hire more chefs and you can service diners appropriately. I am sure this will be the last time I have to deal with this. Do yourself a favor and pick another place for dinner.
We were there on December 17 it seem like they were short handed.we were there at 7 .didn't get seated. This is a favorite for my husband and I. We enjoyed dinner here Tues and decided to try some of their Fire and Sticks sushi. My husband loved it and so did I! Our service was by far the best in a good while. The soup and salad was fresh and our entrees were perfect. We for sure got our money's worth! It may be a while before we can afford another meal like that but we will be back!
Terrible service. Super rude hostess. Couldn’t give us a wait time so we just left.
Ridiculous. They have NO IDEA how to determine wait times... tonight, we came in at 6pm ... my husband and I with our 2 year old, we were told the wait for us was 30 minutes .. we waited 40 and nothing, they had been waiting for multiple late parties to arrive instead of seating their current customers there... so, at 40 minute wait mark I asked if we were next and how much longer... with a 2 year old getting impatient at this point ... she proceeded to tell me another 30 minutes... get it together guys... at least figure ou... read more
Chef wasn't as entertaining as I have experienced before. Food was good. Portions we're excellent.
We had reservations for 7 p.m. The waiting area was full so I had to sit at the table at the bar closest to the waiting area the receptionist said she called my name she was only 6 ft away I never heard her call my name and I was really paying attention to when they were calling names for people waiting around five minutes after 7 we were sit down at a table we had to wait 55 minutes before the cook came to prepare our meal we were there for a total of one and a half hours and the price was outrageous for the time we had to ... read more
Just waited 45 min and never got seated and was very slow there. Will never give a chance. Asked hostess for an wait time... said she would get back to me and never did.
