RecommendedThe owner (Gary) and his son inspected our old wood burning furnace and found it to be unsafe. He likely saved our property and possibly our lives. We had 3rd stage creosote in the flu and fireplace. His pictures were clear and obvious. We are very thankful for this company’s expertise. Gary is also a Master Mason and clearly competent.

Criminals! They charged me for a chimney cleaning and inspection and used it to try to scam me out of thousands of dollars! Be ware! I had another company come out as soon as they left and they found nothing wrong with the chimney. They also did not even clean the chimney!

Talk about reliable and great service. I am so thankful for finding this company after so many companies were either hard to get a hold of, bad customer service or extremely expensive. They did a great job and very thorough.
recently had them come to my house for a leaking chimney. they charged me the 300$ fee and told me it was the new roof that was causing the leak. i had the roofer who installed the roof come to make sure his work was correct and within about 2mins he showed me a crack in the brick around the chimney. when he sprayed water kn that crack- the chimney leaked. i have tried to contact firesafe regarding this issue and they have hung up on me and refuse to take my call. the website says they repair masonry and chimneys... however ... read more
