I ordered a fire pit in May of this year. The item shipped to me within 6 weeks, which was fine. However, when it arrived, it was the WRONG SIZE. The company initially stated that I would need to pay over $500 to ship the item back to them, even though they shipped me the incorrect item. We loved the fire pit that we had from Lowe’s but wished it had come with a glass wind screen. Then we found Fireplacedirect and they had one that works great! — at Hartstene Pointe.
