Seems like there is a recurring theme. Ordered 6/24; online said it would be 2-4 weeks for shipping. At 4 weeks mark, called and talked to David. He said he would research and call me back because it should have shipped by now. No return phone call. I emailed and requested update 3 times. Called multiple times and no answer. The team at Fire Pit Outfitter was a dream to work with. We had a custom stone pit designed and built to go on our deck. They were able to find stone that perfectly matched our house and the burner design gives off an amazing flame pattern. Could not recommend them more!
I ordered my pit 12/2/24. On 1/8/25 I emailed for an update. Emailed again 1/17. Tried calling 800 number with no answer multiple times. Used message board on website on 1/24. Received message back stating they will get back to me asap with order update. 1/27 no word back. Called 303 number and Kelly picked up and put me on hold. I was then disconnected. Don’t do business with this company. I paid them over $5000 and they never delivered. They.kept extending the delivery window each time the date they gave me came and went. After two months they stopped returning my calls and emails. When I called and someone answered they put me on hold and eventually hung up. Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered.
Have left two messages with no return phone call; nobody answers the phone… took my business elsewhere!
