Technician courteous and did a wonderful job explaining everything he did today
John is an excellent, experienced technician. He explained things and shared his knowledge. Luckily the diagnostic showed it really wasn't a problem. Someone else would have come in and tried to charge me unnecessarily.
John was the HVAC tech providing my annual furnace and humidifier check up. He is very knowledgeable in his trade, very friendly and outgoing and cleaned up nicely. Making the appointment was quick and easy, and he arrived within the scheduled time frame. Fire 'N Ice provides very good service at a reasonable price.
