We’ve used Fire’n’ice for many years. They installed two furnaces and two air conditioners when we first moved in our home almost thirty years ago. Last year they replaced both sets. They stand by their product and are always kind and considerate. I would recommend using them to everyone!
The service technician that came to handle the repair was very honest, personable, and explained in great detail everything he was doing, what needed to be done, and what was recommended. Would recommend for any HVAC system that's not older than 10 years for a quick/reliable opinion.
So grateful I called Fire 'n' Ice. I had no heat. John, my Technician, explained the problem, and had it fixed in a jiffy. Pricing is fair. I am a customer for life and highly recommend Fire 'n' Ice. Ask for John too!
The scheduled appointment was on time. The technician was courtesy and polite. I had regular maintenance done on my furnace and humidifier. Cost for service too high.
