Certasite was amazing to work with. After being no-showed by another company, I needed my extinguishers retagged quickly and Jackie was very kind and quickly arranged a time for me. I’m very grateful for this fast and seamless experience and will be continuing to use Certasite for all of our fire safety needs for our business!
Decent quality people and work but the pricing is insanity. $175/hr for a technicians time? Really? New York attorney’s don’t charge that much.
Fire loss has merged into Certasite now. It’s been a smooth transition, the prices appear to have gone up a little bit, but that was expected, the customer service is good and the people are very pleasant to deal with. Thanks for making the switch quick and easy for us! 🔥🧯🚒👩🚒
