We had a women's wellness retreat and was nothing short of fabulous, the ladies had the best time!
My wife raves about this place continuously and has continued to go back time and time again. She always leaves so happy and relaxed. If anyone is looking for a place to relax or to have a private event you will not be disappointed at fire and ice. Thank you Sharyn
I would give zero stars if I could. Very rude staff. The staff speak about guests under their breath. I called to speak to the manager to say I was upset about the treatment my mother in law and daughter received and to explain to her some children cannot be dropped off at events for several reasons and those reasons are private. I also suggested that maybe she speak to her staff about not talking about paying customers under their breath; and the manager was even worse than her staff. She was completely argumentative. My daughter went to a 10th birthday party here and had a WONDERFUL time!! The owner and the staff were so pleasant! I would highly recommend Fire and Ice! Thank you for a great, first spa experience for her!!
My sister and I had a fantastic experience at Fire and Ice. Sharyn went above and beyond to accommodate us. The facility was clean and welcoming. We enjoyed all three rooms; our favorite was the cold room! We will definitely be back and would highly recommend Fire & Ice.
