I reached out to Dave around 9 AM… sent him a simple text.. never talked to him before… he had a tech out to my house, a part replaced, our AC working and my son and I were FREEZING by 11:30 haha talk about great service both on the phone and in person. I want to say I have never been treated so well by a company. For the 1st time since 2011 I finally have heat and air throughout my whole house. David and his crew were very diligent in their work and their mannerism. I am so very pleased with them. Not downing any other company but out of 4 different ones, Fire and Ice proved to be Tops. Thank you guys for all you have done. I will Highly recommend you to whomever needs work. You are amazing.
Our home was built in the 1850’s so needless to say not you typical install, these guys met the challenge and done and outstanding job.
