Dave and his team are the only company I will ever trust for my heating and cooling needs, sales and service. They are honest, up front, and always give me options, most of the times ones that are best for me and my needs and not them and their bottom line. They are friendly, quick, and get the job done with quality and attention to detail. The absolute best there is.

The man who came out, came out immediately, and he answered all of my questions. He was so nice, thanks so much! I really like that the work has a warranty in case something doesn’t go as intended. I feel like this is a very good deal, so that I don’t end up screwed over. I’ve had so many bad experiences in the past of being charged to come and fix their mistakes! (That was a different company) Anyway, it’s like a small insurance policy that I’m not wasting my money. I highly recommend this company over others! 😁

My AC unit went out and I called these guys and they got to me same day and discovered and fixed the issue which was outside, in less than an hour! Thank you!!! First time an HVAC company came to visit me and didn't just pawn it off and tell me my whole unit needed replacing just so they could get the profits. These people are honest!!

My Dad, who is recovering from an illness, AC went out during a heat wave. Mr. Collins responded in less than an hour, and had the problem fixed in less than an hour. I appreciated the professionalism and expertise by Mr. Collins and Fire & Ice. I would highly recommend and use them again. Thank you!
