This is an edited review: had fire and ice install a new heat pump on my house and everything went good, was satisfied with it. Had them come out again to quote an install for a mini split for my garage. I was very disappointed in this. The heat pump for my house which included a new evaporator and blower came around 9k. When they quoted for the mini split it was also 9k and obviously didn’t have an evaporator or blower included in the price. We had an issue with our air and the unit was freezing and leaking underneath and flowing out into my hallway. Alan was the tech who came out on the holiday and fixed the problem, he was courteous, knowledgeable and explained the everything to us before doing any repairs. I would recommend Fire and Ice to anyone I know!
