Really happy about my experience at Firehouse Flats and with MetroPlains Management. The property manager made the process as stress free and smooth as possible from the first application to move in day. I also appreciate how they take safety, privacy, and security seriously. Being a parent there's enough things to worrying about them and being safe at home shouldn't be one of them. Clean, beautiful, apartments and so many great amenities.

I think you should get vending machines it'd be a great investment and it beats walking to the store all the time think about it man think about it

Gerri Solem makes it super uncomfortable to live here! She charges for everything when it isn’t your responsibility. I was told I’d be getting a new carpet when I moved in because the carpet was disgusting. I asked and never received a response on it. Save your money and live somewhere else! She’s very rude and has ridiculous rules - it makes people not want to even have company.
