We arrived home after a weeks vacation to discover our recently finished basement had flooded. We contacted Fire and Flood restoration. They were prompt and were able to discover the cause of the flooding. A jammed interior floor line which caused rain water to saturate the carpet. The crew from Fire and Flood Restoration were able to successfully dry out and save our brand new carpet as well as prevent any mold or other damage to the basement caused by the flooding. I highly recommend Fire and Flood Restoration.
