Same experience as a previous customer. Basement flooded in the winter of 2022. David came and performed the mitigation job in an expedient fashion, but when it came to restoration, there were multiples delays, before he finally ghosted us all together, having kept the rest of the insurance money. Cannot recommend this company in good faith.
David is the best! Wouldn’t trust anyone else with flood restoration!
DO NOT hire David Schilder unless you want to pay someone and have them take your money, start the job, and then stop showing up, and not answer calls and ignore texts from your designer! He and his subcontractors should be taken to court for their actions. He is untrustworthy and incompetent. He left us hanging in the middle of a project and we had to hire someone else to finish the job he started and got paid to complete. We hired these guys while looking for some good flood cleanup services on Google. They did a very decent work to clear water from our basement. The pricing was reasonable but most importantly there were no HIDDEN COSTS involved. If you are in a need of good water damage restoration or mold removal i recommend this Team. Thank you guys
