I started going to FIRE at the end of July and I haven't missed a day since. One of the first things that stands out is how welcoming and motivating everyone is there from the people to the coaches! The coach and people in your camp push you to give it your all every time! I look forward to getting up early every day to get my 30 minutes of me time in. Not just a gym! It's a place to make friendships that motivate and make you laugh through the tough times. Does your gym reach out to make sure you're doing OK if you haven't been in for a while? Or send a card to celebrate an achievement or have lost a pet or a loved one? Don't get me wrong, it's a beyond fabulous workout that gets results, but it's the positive, no judgement environment, and lasting friendships that will keep you going back and not give up.

I’ve been with FIRE Fitness about 1.5 years now. They are inclusive, welcoming, upbeat, friendly and overall the members are so helpful. I really enjoy seeing the coaches workout with us all on their “off work” days.
