I have been going to FIRE for just over a year and I fell in love with FIRE after the first time I tried it! I love the 30 minute workout and it’s already laid out for you so you don’t have to think about what you’re doing to do next! The staff and clients are great with an amazing atmosphere! This place is more than a gym it’s a family!
The most phenomenal gym experience I’ve ever had. The coaches care and want to see you succeed and it’s a great community of positive people to be around. If you’re sick of the same old boring gym routine and are looking to level up, give FIRE a try! You’ll be glad you did!

Easily the best gym experience around. The structured 30 min workouts make it easy to get in and out, but leave you feeling accomplished. The staff are phenomenal from the owner, GFM, to the coaches. They all want to help you reach your goals. Everyone is welcoming and push you to be your best.
If you get bored and lack motivation at your typical "gym," this is the place for you! You don't need to be here for 1 hour, 2 hours, or 3! 30 minutes is all you need! Come give this a place a try... a place where the coaches actually give a "F"!
