Love training here, great equipment, awesome coaches and the results speak for themselves. Fittest and happiest I’ve been in a long time.
I like the vibes and the circuit are always different so you don't get bored
Great studio the lighting and music defiantly gets you in the mood to train. George, Tracey and all the trainers are great at motivating and helping correct technique. Would recommend all levels of fitness, I started out not even being able to complete 1 round and in a very short amount of time was able to complete the entire session! Essentially getting a personal trainer for the price of a gym membership!
