Great, quality products--lots of options, reasonable price. The work is excellent. In our opinion, the only drawback is the Fire Escape's customer service. Their scheduling process leaves a lot to be desired. We ordered a new fire place door and gas logs in December 2021, and understood it would take awhile for these items to come in. Wow! The Fire Escape truly went above and beyond to install a new unit for my Dad before Christmas! Our mother just passed away in November and my dad has stage 4 cancer. One of his requests for Christmas was to be able to sit in front of a fire like he used to with our mom at Christmas time. This establishment is absolutely beautiful! They are a great place to go to find the mesmerizing fire pit you can decompress next to in the evening with your family... And that front porch torch that will give your home or business that extra curb appeal... And that delicious seasoning for when you cook out on the grill (or even in your oven). Not only does The Fire Escape have a rich and interesting history and incredible products, it also has a very genuine and kind staff. I love this place!!!
We purchased a home with a pellet stove previously installed by the Fire Escape. The stove was giving us trouble over and over again. The crew at the Fire Escape came out 3 times to make sure it was fixed and working perfectly. They were so kind, professional, & friendly. Thank you for working with us until our issues were resolved and keeping our home warm and cozy!
